This was a nice light drink! You could taste a hint of the fennel – it was nice! High yielding recipe.

1 medium carrot
1 stalk celery
1/2 cucumber
1 cup pineapple
1 apple (my addition)
1/4 medium beet
1 handful parsley
1 handful kale (I used spinach because I am out of kale)
3 small slices ginger root
Pineapple is an excellent source of vitamin C, as well as vitamins B1, B6, and minerals manganese, and copper. It is also a good source of Bromelain, which helps with digestion in the intestinal tract, decreases internal inflammation, decreases excessive coagulation of the blood, and lessens certain types of tumor growth.

This will enliven your whole body, lower blood pressure, aid digestion, boost the immune and eliminate toxins. Also good to help your body handle stress.
2 oranges
½ lemon
3.5 oz of beetroot
3.5 oz of spinach
3.5 oz of celery
3.5 oz of carrot
1 inch cube of ginger root
Peel the orange and lemon, then juice with the rest of the ingredients. This makes about 2 large glasses. Cut in half if you only want one glass.
I was going to do spinach and kale, but found the spinach after I had the juicer all washed up. The beet was okay this time – it wasn’t over powering. I could possibly do this one again as it is packed in nutrients. Kale, spinach, and beetroot also have protein in it. So it is a good protein source.
