Tropical Envy

1/2 Beet
2 Carrots
1 Stalk Celery
1/2 Cucumber
1 in. Ginger
1 handful Parsley
2 rounds Pineapple

My thoughts – Hmm!  It definitely has a strong beet flavor.  It is growing on my as I drink it. I did put in half the beet greens also so that probably enhanced the beet flavor.  Something I learned with the parsley – put it in the same time as something else, like mix it with other greens or it will just fly through and not get chopped up.  This one will have to grow on me.  The beet flavor even hides the flavor of the ginger.  That says a lot in my book.  As a side note – I think this is the first time I had a juice without an apple in it.  I decided I need a box of apples 😀
