6-8 Green Cabbage Leaves
6-8 Swiss Chard Leaves
3 Carrots
1 Apple
1” piece of Ginger

I used the Red Chard and so it come out looking a brown color and it has a really familiar smell/taste to beet. So not my favorite, but I still drank it 😀 I want to try it with the Swiss Chard next time!
